This has to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in as a family. We stayed for few months and i must say that the customer service was the best! I have to mention Jason and Daniel at the reception for their exceptional customer service. It was a joy to see them welcome us with smiles and also help us when we encountered any kind of issues during our stay. They made our stay a memorable one! Them welcoming us cheerfully everyday as we walked in truly used to make our days better. Thank you Jason and Daniel! We truly appreciate you! Also Juana from room service was a great help! Overall our stay was memorable and comfortable. Would go back if we had to again! 😊

Clean, comfortable room. Desk service is amazing... we were greeted and shown a warm welcome even after coming back from a night out. But the best thing is breakfast! It's huge, frequently filled, kept clean, and has a huge selection. Highly recommended.

This Rockville Center hotel has all the features you can relay on from a Hampton Inn: super clean, great beds, quiet well equipped gym, comfy lobby, easy parking and comfortable room. Their breakfast area in a sunny atrium is a real jewel. The food was plentiful, fresh, and there were many selections. Beatrice, who oversaw the breakfast area was friendly and she closely and swiftly monitored the serving area so that everything was perfect plentiful and clean. A great employee!

I come down to Rockville center occasionally and have tried a number of hotels in the area. This is the one to stay at. I'll be back here on my next trip. Very clean, nice showers, great breakfast in the morning, and a very helpful staff. Located right next to the train station.

Stayed two nights here. All you could ask for in a hotel. Clean everything, nice common areas. Well lit parking lot. Good free breakfast. Nice staff. Thanks Hampton inn. I appreciate it.

Excellent little spot to recover from jet lag after a long flight. Beatrice and Cecilia are the best at keeping a nice little breakfast service going! Clean rooms, quiet environment convenient location.

I always book here when visiting home. The customer service is AWESOME. I want to thank Jason, R.J. and Jennifer(the song bird) for making my sister & I stay pleasant. I also want to thank those ladies who keep the breakfast area great while we were there. The the hotel is in the cut, it's a great place to stay.

The room,bathroom was clean, comfortable,adequate supplies provided. The service personnel in the breakfast area ( Beatrice) was hospitable. She greeted guests with a warm, pleasant smile.Courteous, helpful, resourceful✨✨✨✨✨
